Our instructors are aware of any past physical issues you may have, and they will know exactly how to keep you safe from hurting yourself, and give you a challenging initial training program without maxing out anything before you are ready to go there. As you advance – both you and your trainer will know when new plateaus have been reached, and when you are capable of doing and accomplishing more at a quicker pace.
