Our classes are rigorous, 800-1,200 calorie-per-hour burning workouts taught by expert instructors who teach proper technique to all of our students. This prevents injuries so you can concentrate on learning the art of Muay Thai’s unmatched skills for self-defense such as strikes with hands, feet, elbows, knees, blocking, and take-downs.
We don’t believe in staying static. We have continually refined our adult fitness programs over our 30 years in business and we’re proud to say that our students just can’t get enough. Our one-hour classes are the perfect combination of cardio, strength, and flexibility training and ensures that each muscle on your body gets worked proportionally. When we say you will be taught by experts, we mean it. Each of our instructors have completed a minimum of 10 years of high-level martial arts training. To keep their skills in tip-top shape, each instructor trains every week with Master Daniel “Tiger” Schulmann and his brother Ron, an 8th degree black belt, at our headquarters in Elmwood Park, New Jersey. Our Hoboken school is even owned and run by dedicated Tiger Schulmann’s instructors!
