Nope. Honestly, most people who come in during summer are trying something new. Instructors break down every single move from the ground up, and you’ll be in a class with other people figuring it out too. Nobody’s judging where you start — they’re just hyped you showed up.

Yes. Month-to-month means you’re in control. Train for June, July, August — whatever works for you — and then cancel before you head back to school. No contract, no surprise charges, no guilt trip from us. You’re done when you’re done.

2–3 times a week is the sweet spot for real results without burning out. We’ve got classes from early morning to late night, so you can fit it around your schedule.

Yes. You’re learning real kickboxing technique and self-defense that actually works, but you’re also getting a legit workout. It’s not just cardio with a punching bag. You’ll get stronger, faster, and more confident. That’s the whole point.

That’s why we are here. Instructors will meet you where you’re at — they’ll show you how to scale moves and take breaks when you need them. You’ll be surprised how fast you build up. Everyone starts somewhere, and nobody’s keeping score but you.

It’s a month-to-month membership. If you’re training twice a week, it breaks down to about $30 per class — and the more you train, the lower that number gets. No long-term contracts, no hidden fees. Just show up, train, and get better.
