What I love most about the training is its not just coming in and throwing a punch or kick in the air, its learning a real practical self defense that if I ever needed to defend myself I know I can do it

TSMMA Allentown student Angela started kickboxing almost 6 months ago and has dropped a total of 25lbs since then. Angela has tried everything from going to the gyms, to trying different exercise routines and diets, but could never find the results she was looking for.

My first class I was very nervous and wanted to come up with an excuse not to go but I did and loved the workout.

 

“Nothing was motivating enough to ever stick with. Other programs just didn’t work, the only program I did lose weight with was the Atkins Diet, however as soon as I started eating carbs again all the weight came back on. Going to the gym was very boring I needed something more than that. I noticed an ad for kickboxing on the living social website so I decided to check it out. My first class I was very nervous and wanted to come up with an excuse not to go but I did and loved the workout.”

Im down 25lbs and will keep going until I hit my goal of about 10 more pounds
