She started by going to a 3-month trial of Taekwondo as a means to improve her health, and, while she didn’t enjoy that discipline, she fell in love with training and learning. She eventually moved from Texas to New Jersey to train under TSK’s Sensei Paul Querido. She has since trained in various disciplines, including karate, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and kickboxing, honing her skills and developing a deep passion for combat sports.

Holland’s career highlights include competing in the Bellator MMA promotion, where she showcased her striking ability and fierce determination. Throughout her career, she has earned a reputation as a skilled and formidable opponent, earning victories through her technical proficiency and tenacity inside the cage against fighters such as Kim Couture, Marissa Caldwell, and Carina Damm.

She holds a black belt in karate and has dedicated herself to teaching and mentoring students at her TSK school in North Plainwood.
