Here at Tiger Schulmann’s, we offer a variety of Martial Arts programs, from Muay Thai to Jiu Jitsu. Below, we take a closer look at three programs in particular — Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Kickboxing and Kids Karate — which have become the staples of our brand.
MMA is the ultimate fusion of fighting styles. Our programs teach students to face opponents while standing, confined to close-quarters or on the ground. This sport combines the striking and grappling techniques from multiple disciplines. Tiger Schulmann’s MMA programs are intense strength-building cardio workouts. They blend the most effective techniques from Muay Thai, Karate and Jiu-Jitsu for a well-rounded and balanced training routine.
Tiger Schulmann’s Kickboxing programs focus on strikes with hands, feet, elbows and knees, as well as blocking and takedowns. Our adult classes include elements of Muay Thai for an intense, 800 calorie-per-hour, fat-burning cardio workout. Train with us for a full body routine that boosts stamina, strength and flexibility and helps reduce stress and anger.
Our Kids Karate program focuses on punching and kicking techniques as well as blocks and takedowns. The main goal is to help children develop strength, flexibility and aerobic fitness while also cultivating a clear, focused mind and an unshakable spirit. Kids will also learn:
