Both my daughter and I train at Tiger Schulmann’s. It has been a great experience for both of us!! Classes are fun, upbeat, great exercise and you are learning a life skill of self-defense!! Instructors are knowledgeable and great with kids and adults alike. It’s a great investment in yourself!

Best workout ever! Personal instruction like having your own personal trainer. Pushes me to the limit much different than working out at a gym where you may sweat � and work hard but never as hard as when someone is pushing you to do one more or to just keep going!
