TSMMA Elmwood Park Student Loses 20lbs in 3 months Kickboxing

I credit Tiger Schulmann’sfor playing a significant role in my transformation. They gave me the chance to connect with people who share the same goals as I do and we are there to help each other. It is like a promise I’ve made-I CAN’T QUIT because they are watching my success.

After every workout you feel like a million bucks. You feel like you’ve accomplished something once you step out of that place. I have made this a part of my life, and look forward to helping others achieve their health and fitness goal.

I love seeing my body changing with each picture that’s taken.

I found a way to make sure I never missed workouts: I PLAN THEM LIKE I PLAN AN IMPORTANT MEETING.

So, this is how I lost 20 pounds in three months:

1-Drink plenty water and cut out rice and pastas by 4pm.

2-Always eat breakfast

3-Eat at least every three hours

4-Have a good multivitamin (You need it!!)

5-Train with me a Tiger Schulmann’s at least 1 hour three times per week.
