For the past 25 years, Tiger Schulmann’s has been offering a variety of self-defense and kickboxing classes to individuals ages 3 and up in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Adult classes and classes for children between the ages of 7 and 12 are extremely popular. Everyone comes in to increase focus and discipline while reaching new levels of self-confidence.
Owner, Shane Baker, offers beginner close range self-defense classes, intermediate kickboxing classes and other variations of mixed martial arts instruction. This year, we are also pleased to be hosting a Bully Shield seminar in addition to one of our other favorites – the 90 Day Challenge. During the Bully Shield seminar we will profile bullies and educate participants on how to stand up to a bully in a variety of situations. For those taking part in the 90 Day Challenge, we’ll be sharing our favorite nutrition tips to help members reach their health and fitness goals.
Last but certainly not least, in mid June we will be starting our Cubs program, which is specifically designed for younger participants (ages 3 and 4).
