Shane Burgos, born on March 19, 1991, is a professional mixed martial artist hailing from The Bronx, New York. He began his professional MMA career in 2013, amassing an impressive record with a blend of striking prowess and submission skills. Burgos is known for his relentless pressure, technical striking, and exciting fighting style; he earned the nickname “Hurricane” for his ability to overwhelm opponents with a storm of strikes.

He made his UFC debut in 2016 and quickly gained attention for his entertaining fights and fan-friendly approach. Throughout his career, he has faced tough competition like Yamato Nishikawa or Josh Emmett and demonstrated resilience over notable opponents. Shane was awarded Fight of the Night on four separate occasions. On August 15, 2022, Burgos announced he had signed with the Professional Fighters League (PFL).[31]
